| Bio: | Okay... so I thought I'd better update this a little, seeing as I'm getting to know a few of you now. *grins* SO... whattaya wanna know?? Ooooo - okay. Well, I was born, 25 years ago, in a place called Melbourne, Australia - best city in the world (okay, maybe second best city, next to Adelaide...). Best restaurants, best shopping, best sporting events, best scenery, best live music scene... okay, so I'm getting carried away, but I love it. Anyway... I grew up in the outer south-east, and I did a lot of swimming, horse riding, art and writing as a kid. I still do a lot of all of these, although now it's pretty interspersed between working my ass off in a bar somewhere (hospitality is really the only career I've had so far... but I'm workin' on it...) at uni or out doing fieldwork. I did my undergraduate degree at Monash University Gippsland and Clayton campuses, majoring in Zoology and Marine Biology (yes, I did a double major - yes, I'm an over-achieving insomniac freak. So sue me.), and I did my honours degree in marine ecology working on haematology of seabirds and ecological stressors. I'm now working on my PhD in Pest Animal Ecology in arid and semi-arid Australia, but I'm taking some time off to return to my oceanic and coastal roots by taking up a job as a coastal and marine natural resources management officer. *takes deep breath* Okay. Did I miss anything? Oh, I'm sorta not single - *shrugs* - ask me in a few months, and I'll be able to tell you. I need to work out where we stand with each other. It's kinda wierd - I get the feeling that he's a bit of a control freak and got a bit pissy when I kinda put the breaks on. Then he lulls me into this "okay, I think he wants a relationship, I'll have a go" and now he's backing off. I mean - what. the. FUCK? Men... *shakes head* Oh, I have a bird - Cherub. She's a cinnamon cockatiel (sorta like a small cockatoo, or a big budgie. :P ) and she's about 6 months old. I also have an old arabian X quarterhorse called Silver. He's awesome. He's in his 20s, don't ask me how old coz no one has any idea. Well, that's about it. I also love to read fanfic - especially Supernatural fanfic. I'm also willing to be a beta, so if you need one and you don't have a drastic time deadline (coz I do work in remote Australia and sometimes can't get to the email inbox everyday... even though I do try to.) please email me on looleebelle@hotmail.com and I'll have a read. *grins* Alright, enough from me...
